In my collage I mix scraps of memories and childhood joys into a lively play of colors and shapes. The fragments intertwine to form a symphony of innocence and energy. The work is intended to transport viewers into a world of curiosity and wonder, evoke a kaleidoscope of feelings and ignite a spark of childlike imagination and joy of life in every room.

Michel Meyer is an award-winning artist who has extensively exhibited in his native Germany, as well as in Switzerland and Norway. The painter and draftsman’s works infuse abstract with the figurative. His works are a reaction to the sublime, the archaic, the grotesque, the transitory, and the psychic. His artistic approach combines mixed techniques and materials, blending elements of collage, painting, and drawing with acrylics, oils, colored pencils and India ink on canvas or paper.
