Michele Knox, rooted in a revelation at a Las Vegas oil paint class, translates her gift into moody and dreamlike oil and acrylic paintings on both paper and canvas. Her technique is a dance of layered brushstrokes, and deliberate use of water, manifesting a controlled chaos that echoes the spontaneity of emotions.
