About this artwork
While out hiking recently, my dog and I were pursued by a pack of coyotes. No kidding! A frightening and unlikely scene, but it's true. Don't worry, nobody was injured. This abstract painting is my energetic response to instinct overtaking thought, and silence replacing noise. Fight or flight. Tunnel vision. Layers of movement and tension dissolve into open space where predator recognized prey and chose peace over conflict. You can read the whole… crazy story by contacting me or a Singulart curator and asking them to send it to you.
The painting's full size is 38H x 57W inches, leaving ample canvas (2.5 inches on each of 4 sides) to stretch to its 33H x 52W x 1.5D inch image as shown. Acrylic on raw canvas, it's signed on back and ships in a tube. Rolled works can be easily stretched (placed onto stretcher bars) by a local framer.
« I'm curious about how nature inspires awe, how we feel it deep in our bones, how to express that relationship, and what we can learn from it. My energetic, investment-quality paintings bring balance and harmony from the natural world to your interior space. »
