About this artwork
This is part of my Crossroads series while I was working out of a painting block. I couldn't come up with a painting that was pleasing to me for weeks. I paint daily and know that my work does not always come together immediately, but if I have dozens of paintings going at one time, something is bound to emerge. It wasn't happening until I found more of a cruciform shape with much color and texture.
