About this artwork
This piece of art is about the self, any self, your self, my self, others' self, and how it can expand in any direction, even if it is invisible, we can expand the who and how we are in any direction or dimension, especially metaphysically. Due to the methacrylate transparent dice, we can see as many different images as we want in only one piece of art, it depends on the position, place, space, site, perspective...we take, to look at it.
EXPANDING… THE SELF, without limits, going further and further, the soul, the self, has no limits whatsoever, does not discriminate, has no preferences, does not make distinctions between poor or rich, beautiful or ugly, does not has race, gender, age, heritage nor religion….soul just exists, is. Let it be, said John Lennon, let it expand all over us, allowing us to be within all our singularities, connecting from all its variety and richness. We are all singular and different. Let us celebrate it!
