About this artwork
In this piece, I sought to explore Brut's raw art, and emotional intensity while maintaining a touch of realism. With Indian ink and a bit of red ink as my medium, I've captured the fragile balance of fullness and emptiness in life, conveyed through the image of a half-filled wine glass. The shadowing and light, rough yet meticulous lines reflect life's imperfections and transient moments, inviting viewers to pause and reflect on their own experiences…
