About this artwork
Clouds move freely across the sky, carrying within them the promise of rain — of renewal, nourishment, and quiet abundance. In nature, when clouds gather and release, they bring joy and prosperity to the earth.
In the same way, the human mind carries passing thoughts, emotions, and moments of light. This work reflects my desire to gently “tie down” the clouds — not to control nature, but to consciously hold on to positivity, hope, and inner clarity… before they drift away.
Just as rain sustains the land, nurturing positive states of mind sustains our inner landscape. Through this piece, I explore the delicate balance between freedom and intention — between letting thoughts flow and choosing which ones to anchor.
For me, tying down the clouds is an act of mindful preservation — a quiet commitment to holding space for joy.
