About this artwork
Transistor is an artwork composed of a common brick in grey concrete with Minimalux appendages in solid polished metals of brass and aluminium. As part of the Common Parts series it references the invention of the transistor in 1947 which revolutionised consumer electronics and led to the first commercial transistor radio in 1954.
