The Loft series investigates the relationship between minimal form and emotional space.
Through reduction of color, gesture, and composition, I seek to create paintings that function as environments rather than images. Each work becomes a place for reflection — a quiet visual field where atmosphere takes precedence over narrative.
In Loft 18, the central band of light acts as a threshold between weight and openness, creating a subtle sense of depth… and suspended calm.
The restrained palette allows the work to integrate naturally into contemporary interiors while maintaining a strong visual presence.
