About this artwork
I shaped this work with the oil technique, immersing myself in the impressionist style to capture the ephemeral essence of natural beauty. I brought these vibrant, soft hydrangea to life, hoping to instill a sense of calm and serenity in every home. The light that spreads through the composition evokes moments of quiet reflection, inviting a break from the incessant rush of everyday life.
I'm Miriam Brussato, a Venetian painter and a person with a disability. In this image, I'm in my art studio working on one of my pieces. I paint with acrylics and oils, ranging from abstract to landscape. Around me are my paintings, brushes, palettes, and all the tools I need to express my creativity. The studio is the place, when I can physically, where I give shape to my passion for art, transforming ideas and emotions into color and light.
