About this artwork
In this painting, I poured my love for nature into a vibrant tapestry of purples and greens under a glowing sunset. Using acrylic, I blended impressionism with subtle realism to evoke peace and hope. I wanted to capture the quiet strength of wildflowers standing tall, inviting serenity and warmth into your home with every glance.
I was raised in a small Idaho town where my grandmother’s home was a haven—an inspiring space full of projects and endless ideas creating memories filled with color, creativity and imagination. Art has always been a part of my life and is a lifelong passion.
I continually refine my skills embracing learning opportunities wherever I can. Exploring different styles and techniques. Bob Ross, a childhood favorite, taught me approachability, the joy of art and happy little mistakes. While the bold emotional intensity found in Dale Bushart’s work inspires me to pursue resonance in my own creations.
Currently, I am a member of the Treasure Valley Artist Alliance, and my pieces are featured in multiple online gallery exhibitions curated by independent organizers. Additionally, my work is on display at the Nampa Civic Center, where it contributes to the vibrant cultural atmosphere of the community.
