Taking from the principles of metaphysics and the realm which only exists beyond our purview, Moksha creates work that both constructs and deconstructs itself within the visual. The instability of the plane and the overall image is layered and paradoxically, ‘structured’. Each construction is unique but deeply intertwined with the purity of the dreamscape. With the presence of pure concept and almost a void of emotion, the clean architecture and structures seem post-apocalyptic and yet elegantly situated. De Chirico’s influences show up as arched walls and the loss of human presence but suggest the once existence of the human civilization.
