In this painting, I seek to marry the rustic charm of Santorini with the vibrant life of its flora. Employing a palette knife, I layered rich, bold oils to create texture that makes the scene pulsate with energy. The cacti,… robust and spirited, symbolize resilience, thriving amidst the serene whitewashed buildings. This piece offers a dynamic burst of color and life, ideal to invigorate any space with warmth and a hint of sea breeze.

Mona Edulesco is a French-Romanian painter who resides in France and whose art has been featured in Parisian group exhibitions.
