The current themes that Monica Stroik explores in her compositions involve architectural spaces, site-specific work, memory, and the environment. In addition, her paintings delve into the concepts of peripheral vision and perspective. Stroik’s artistic approach is expressed through series of paintings with an overarching theme. Her minimalist and abstract compositions are mainly created using oils, and she also incorporates enamel, airbrush, as well as acrylic house paints.
