About this artwork
In my painting "Forest Love" I combine abstract components with expressive realism to capture the majestic aura of a forest.
A calming forest walk along the Lech. The Lech meadows are romantic and mystical at the same time. But this meadow landscape could be EVERYWHERE. The lush green lets you feel the summer freshness when you look at it. Warm sunlight shines between the trees and you can hear the quiet whispering of the leaves.
I painted with… acrylic paints in many layers to give the picture a special transparency, depth and at the same time a lightness.
The use of acrylic and pigments makes the green tones appear vibrant and intense, bringing the feeling of freshness and nature directly into the room. This work reflects my deep admiration and connection with nature, which I express with every brushstroke. It is intended to convey to the viewer a feeling of peace and the untouched nature of natural landscapes.
