About this artwork
In this drawing, I wanted to suggest more than a simple walk along the shore. It was made as an illustration for a short story about a couple whose relationship was, in the end, held together only by the shared ritual of walking their dogs. The scene is quiet and restrained, but beneath it there is distance, habit and a fragile connection that still remains. This piece is a unique, hand-drawn original.
