About this artwork
I painted this work in a green mood, imagining a quiet world of water, flowers, and drifting forms. I love resting by the water and watching the life around it, and that feeling naturally found its way into this painting. I wanted it to feel fresh, calm, and a little dreamlike, like a place that exists somewhere between a garden and a memory. The long stems, soft reflections, and floating shapes came together naturally as I worked.
