A cozy, atmospheric, warm-colored pop art painting.
In this artwork only black tapes have been used in the background, so that the use of color comes to the fore. The labels are reddish in color. There are popping shades of red in it, but also some darker reddish tones. To create a surprising and exciting effect in the background, there is one label in a blue color. In addition to all the warm colors, this cooler blue color is extra striking. …
The painting is done in the colors red and orange. These colors complement the background beautifully. The portrait is done in multiple layers of white and black spray paint, creating mild shadows and light effects on the face, such as on his cheek. Misting the white and black spray paint on several layers creates mixed shades of gray. After the layers of spray paint, acrylic paint was used to create more details in the painting. Brushstrokes are visible in David Bowie's hair. Finally, the painting was fine-tuned with acrylic markers.
My art is an innovative circle of life, reliving feelings, thoughts, emotions and memories in a new artistic image.
