About this artwork
In this work, I wanted to capture the deep essence and beauty of the sea. Using acrylic, gilding and sand, I created textures and movements that evoke the sea but also perhaps a golden river, luminous in a forest that I like to think of as blue. The golden line symbolizes moments of calm and light in the immensity of life, a landmark of sorts, inviting reflection and anchoring in any space.
