I'm Moritz Danner, a Berlin-based artist and designer.
My work explores the emotional absurdity of hedonism, nightlife, and modern identity.
After founding the fashion label NAKT and spending over a decade deep in Berlin's rave, sex party, and subculture scene, I began turning these experiences into visual narratives. My paintings are loud, childlike, and full of emotional tension, surreal characters caught between ecstasy and collapse.
I draw from pop culture, street aesthetics, and my own transformation. With a naive, raw visual language, I question identity, desire, and contradiction. My work has become a mirror of our time: playful, wild, and brutally honest.
Whether on canvas or in digital form, I paint the masks we wear, the beauty of chaos, and the emotional truth behind aesthetic surfaces.
