Love Story”

“Love Story” is a triptych sculpted from the remnants of old window frames, each panel carrying the quiet weight of what was once meant to open toward the light. Upon these weather-marked surfaces, I layered printed carpet motifs, acrylic textures, and deeply carved phrases—words that rise like wounds and blossoms at the same time.

This piece tells the story of a love that never fully arrived, a tenderness that hovered at the threshold… but never stepped inside. The fragmented windows serve as both metaphor and material: they are traces of what once framed a view, now repurposed to frame an unfinished feeling. The raw textures, distressed paint, and torn surfaces echo the way memories cling—even when the story they belong to remains incomplete.
