In a silent rebellion against the tide of time, I portrayed my children—not in flesh and blood, but as machines. Robots made of metal and screws, wires like veins, gears instead of hearts. They carry the promise of the future within them, yet their forms recall a past that never really was: polished surfaces, worn edges, rusty joints.
These robots stand there like remnants of a future we once dreamed of—and long since obsolete before it could become… reality. Their faces seem both familiar and alien, an echo of the human longing for progress and control, and at the same time a silent reminder: Perhaps our vision of tomorrow is already old before it even began.
