The idea of abandonment and loneliness is characteristic of the author's work. The abandoned village may be a metaphor for what is happening in the country where the author lives. Thus, one can understand the ruins as an image of a crumbling state, and strange people in masks as those who are comfortable living in such conditions, the servants of the regime.
It is difficult to say if this is actually the case. But the author is characterized by… a desire to speak in metaphors about what is happening around her.
The artwork is made on watercolor paper using the author's technique, combining the use of watercolors, ink pencils, and acrylics. At the request of the customer, the artwork can be framed in a wooden frame under plexiglass, with hanging equipment.
