About this artwork
This artwork is reflecting on the circle and the square, an attempt to combine the contrasts between red and blue, cold and warm, round and square. It consists of 2 squares 42x42 (this is a diptych). Each square (watercolor part) is a passe-partout for an ornamental insert. In the watercolor part of the work there are rectangular cutouts for blue inserts with patterns.
