The idea of being perfect is a powerful belief. Often unspoken, yet deeply present, it shapes expectations — of how things should look, how people should behave, how life should unfold.
Perfection promises approval and certainty. It suggests that if everything is just right, nothing will be questioned. But beneath this surface lies tension: the pressure to smooth out imperfections, to hide the raw and the unfinished.
This work explores that fragile… space between expectation and reality. The marks, layers and gestures reflect the attempt to reach something flawless — and the inevitable moment when that illusion begins to crack.
What remains is something more honest: the beauty of imperfection, the freedom of letting go, and the realization that completeness is rarely found in perfection itself.

I primarily work with acrylic paints, oil sticks, soft pastels, charcoal and pencils.
At the heart of my work is the theme of beliefs: deeply rooted convictions that shape how we think, feel, and act. These inner voices can uplift us, give us strength, and help us grow beyond our limits. But they can also hold us back – often without us even realising it. My work seeks to make this inner dialogue visible: to strengthen the positive beliefs and to question, transform, and release the limiting ones.
My art invites viewers to connect with their own inner world, to reflect – and perhaps to emerge from the experience with a unique feeling.
