Sometimes all it takes is a path,
in one breath,
with a mossy smell
So that the soul may remember.
Where we come from, what nourishes us.
Like a reminiscence, through the awakening of all our senses.
Breathe
The air was filled with fresh, delicate scents,
of living wood, of damp earth, of lily of the valley buds
To feel
The ground was littered with crumpled leaves,
branches that crackle under our feet
Look
The light between the branches,…
our eyes lost in these deep blues mingled with luminous greens.
Listen
The wind in the trees, the inhabited silence of the undergrowth,
the murmur of the awakening forest.
In this light-filled space,
The trees rise like silent guardians,
their intertwined branches forming a circle of life.
A refuge where you simply have to stop,
Look up at the sky and feel nature breathing
The earth's pulsations beneath our feet,
And to connect with her.
