His neighbor made a big 4 wheel bicycle that has a big boot that can carry more than 15 jerricans of 20 liters of water, and what surprised him is the way he control the bicycle behind that big Cart with a long wooden stick. The maker of it call his bicycle a water carrier, it carries water only.
