This painting continues from a previous painting, Rapture, No. 2 (now sold), the same technique of applying layers of colours in a pointillistic manner, with an intention of creating movement or energy, versus a static figure. The hills and valleys dance like moving particles, reminiscent of DNA/Chromosome structures.
