About this artwork
This work continues my personal dialogue with Israeli art and the symbolic language of Menashe Kadishman, reflecting the moment when a cultural symbol transforms from external to deeply personal. Once familiar, the sheep becomes a metaphor for resilience, belonging, and emotional connection.
Repeated and reimagined across the composition, each canvas suggests that meaning is never fixed but evolves with experience. Citrus fruits, florals, and luminous… jellyfish-like forms introduce vitality and intuition, inviting trust in inner perception while navigating between cultures and identities.
This polyptych speaks of adaptation and the subtle shift from observer to participant — a testament to how what once felt unfamiliar can become profoundly personal.
This polyptych is composed of four canvases, each measuring 30 × 24 cm. Total installation size may vary depending on spacing between the canvases.
In my work I explore the idea of inner freedom. I create nave, fairy-tale worlds filled with hidden meaning. My heroines are closed eyes and open universes. They turn away from the noise of the external world to hear their own voice and preserve their individuality. Through vivid symbols and fragments of personal puzzles, I build stories about choice, illusion, and the fragile harmony between reality and the inner world. My background in interior design brings bold color and expressive accents into my work, turning it into art that lives naturally within contemporary spaces and conveys meaning in a playful, almost cartoon-like waylight yet deep.
