About this artwork
This 30 × 30 cm realistic painting is based on my own photograph. I focused on the dialogue between the rich, warm tones of the red pears and the fragile transparency of the plastic bag that holds them. Light reflections, soft distortions, and subtle folds transform the ordinary material into an expressive visual element.
The composition turns a simple everyday scene into a contemporary still life, where realism meets a quiet… contemplation of color, texture, and the delicate balance between natural beauty and artificial packaging.
For this contemporary Israeli artist, art is like entering a portal into the unknown through self-analysis, touching on the artist's personal history. Born in the USSR, she has lived and worked in Israel since 1996. She began studying painting in 2017 with professional artists and received a degree in contemporary art in 2025. Since 2021, she has participated in international competitions, exhibitions, and other projects. She has been a member of the Eurasian Union of Artists since 2021, and the Union of Sculptors and Artists of Israel since 2024. Her works are in private collections in America, England, Israel, and Russia. • The artist works and explores the theme of "The Fragility of Goodness," developing it across several series. She creates paintings on medium-sized canvases, using oil paints, acrylics, and texture paste. She enjoys working not only with brushes but also with a palette knife, creating a variety of textures in her paintings.
