About this artwork
In this work, light becomes the central presence, not only illuminating the figure, but gently holding it, shaping the entire atmosphere of the image. It moves across the skin in quiet, fragmented patterns, creating a sense of intimacy that feels both immediate and fleeting.
The portrait exists in a delicate balance between visibility and disappearance. The figure is partially revealed, partially dissolved into light, as if the moment itself is… dissolving while being observed. There is no narrative in a literal sense, only a subtle emotional tension, held in stillness.
This work continues my exploration of feminine presence and the expressive language of light, where illumination becomes a way of touching, rather than simply showing.
