“Silent Gaze” explores the tension between presence and distance - a face emerging from shadow, suspended between observation and introspection. Soft, diffused light moves across the figure like a fading memory, revealing delicate transitions of skin, dark strands of hair, and the almost sculptural stillness of the hand.
The composition was created with a restrained palette of deep browns, muted olive undertones, and warm highlights, giving the… work a cinematic and intimate atmosphere. Rather than relying on explicit narrative, the piece invites a slower emotional reading - contemplation, vulnerability, fatigue, and the fragile beauty of stillness.
