About this artwork
I live in Egypt and ancient architecture inspires me a lot. This temple lives its own life and time has no power over it. It captivates with its grandeur and atmosphere. The rays pass through walls and millennia. At one of the columns we see the cat Bastet, the Egyptian goddess who brings happiness. How many centuries ago this cat is in the temple. When painting my paintings, I use the author's textured "tack-free" technique. It allows you to “revive”…
water, stones, reflections, rays. These are several dense layers that create volume and effects. The painting is framed in a handmade wooden frame. Frame depth 4 cm.
