About this artwork
Portrait of American actress Marilyn Monroe. It is a digital work, a print, but I work with a transparent paste to make the portrait felt. Incidentally, I do the same with all the art prints of my original works as well.

Fauser came to art through his music career, as he had to make posters for concerts. This was followed by stays in New York, Los Angeles, Milan, Hamburg and London. Fauser designs his works down to the last detail, since he applies the paint with a spatula and paints everything black, then reveals individual areas layer by layer.
