Oliver Sachse is a German artist whose paintings have been widely exhibited on a national level. The bicycle is often depicted in his works, as an artchetype and a symbol of freedom, independence, and memories. In addition, the image also refers to contemporary ecological and political concerns. However, in all of Sachse's compositions, the bicycle fades into the background, offering viewers an opportunity to interpret and create something of their own.
