About this artwork
Visual Sensation – Creation is a diptych with overall dimensions of approximately 40 × 100 × 3.5 cm. The first part measures 13.5 × 75 × 3.5 cm, and the second 13.5 × 53.5 × 3.5 cm. The wall surface becomes an active part of the work. The material is wood, OSB board, painted with acrylic paints and finished with acrylic varnish. The panels are raised, which is intended to create a sense of floating. The work continues a series of visual sensation…
paintings from 2002. It focuses on dynamics, light within darkness, and a sense of calm that runs through the piece. Unity, the idea that everything is connected, is for me, one of the fundamental principles of creation.
