About this artwork
Bunker 4 is a triptych on wood that opens, like an altarpiece. Closed, we are outside the bunker. Open, we are inside. Open, the triptych is 1 meter wide. In this work, I wanted to capture the absurdity of our time. Each suspended object, each frozen symbol, tells a story of our relationship to the past, to technology, and to existence. The painting brings an intriguing energy, inviting contemplation and reflection.
