In this observational study, I explore the vibrant energy of form and color through a top-down perspective of a cluster of hot peppers. By adopting a 'bird's-eye view,' the organic subjects are transformed into a dynamic, partly abstract composition.
My focus was a rigorous investigation of color theory—specifically the powerful contrast between the fiery reds and the deep, cool greens of the foliage. Through simplified forms and a rhythmic arrangement,… the piece moves away from literal representation and toward a geometric harmony. It is a celebration of nature’s complexity, reduced to its most essential and expressive visual elements.
