About this artwork
The work was created on a canvas abandoned outside a dumpster. A canvas of those printed in series that replicates the shape of the Palm in Dubai, can be seen by observing well in transparency. I decided to save it from the garbage and to use it, so "R" was born, as Risen.

Oscar Momi is a painter, photographer, and draftsman based in Italy who has exhibited nationally and in the United Arab Emirates. His sole theory is that if he feels the "emotion of wanting to paint", he must release it through colors. In addition, when photographing, Momi doesn't plan ahead, and will always find something that strikes him, even in the most ordinary of places. His work is not centered on the expression of technique, but on expressing himself.
