About this artwork
In this work, I explored the unlikely juxtaposition of natural and synthetic elements to meditate on the fusion of the organic and manufactured worlds. I use materials such as acrylic, wood, and reclaimed objects to construct a sculpture that captures the essence of a free and playful spirit. This transformed pug evokes both humor and nostalgia, inviting the viewer to reflect on the beauty hidden in creative reuse.
