About this artwork
In this work, I use acrylics to explore stillness and tumultuousness coexisting in the same space. Abstract shapes and soft colors mixed with intense bursts represent moments of silence interrupted by intense thoughts and emotions. I want those who observe it to feel a sense of peace and reflection, offering a visual respite that invites introspection in any environment.

Martos, a self-taught and innovative painter, grew up surrounded by art. The use of acrylics on wood predominates in his work, however, he does not refrain from experimenting with other materials and techniques. Their styles are diverse, changing and evolving with each creation. Each piece is an echo of his feelings of the moment, resulting in eclectic and deeply emotional works.
