About this artwork
It's a work made of ceramic, resin, and iron. The subject represents a "Mother Goddess" who since ancient times has inspired us and allowed us all to participate in life as "her children," although I believe we've somewhat forgotten this lately, just as we've forgotten the sacredness of nature and the generative power of the Earth, no longer considering it a living being.
I hope these works can be a way to restore awareness of what the "Goddess"… was, without forgetting her, because only in this way can we hope to regain respect for nature, for living beings and for the Earth itself that has always hosted us.
