About this artwork
With acrylics, I captured the raw, untamed energy of the ocean’s movement— It’s a celebration of nature’s force and beauty.
The object was to recreate and capture the image of the rushing tides of the sea with its waves and froth. I enjoyed this painting as it awakened me to the different shades of the sea when near and far from the shore as well as when the tide rises and breaks in mid-air.
