Duffy speaks of painting and drawing as a form of subsistence, dependent on and arising from the environment and his movement within it. Through the layering of color and line, Duffy creates images that invite meditation and a slow unraveling of space and experience. His work explores the conditions that thrive to connect themes of theoreticals, cosmology, as well as individuality within the expanse.
