Hello, this painting was a transformative piece in the sense of how I began to think differently about composition, color, and transparencies within the work. Composition is developed from the digital thumbnails of previous works. Color and color combinations has become political. And, the transparencies are fake, because they are based on a single color not 2/3 color interactions. So please enjoy,

Patrick Schmidt is an artist based in the United States whose paintings have been featured in solo exhibitions nationally and in Italy. Principally inspired by Op art, he believes that color changes our moods and that colors and patterns alter our identities.
