About this artwork
Multiple colors overlap, with thick brushstrokes, filling the canvas and transporting me to a journey to the Orient, amidst colorful carpets, multicolored pavements, and warming shadows and lights. As I move through mysterious spaces, I observe the footprints my passage leaves behind as I walk through the silent alleys, and the small inscription titled "The Footprints" appears in the center of the colorful palette.
The magic created between the… intense colors and the small writing takes me back to a moment of the journey that began and then remains as a memory on my canvas.
