Abstract Composition XII is one in a series of abstract pieces I have been working on lately. Nature has always been my inspiration, both in technique as well as in subject. Just as Nature is a balancing act of gentle beauty and rugged force, I seek out the tension between soft colors and bold figures playing with light and dark, opaque and transparent.
