The power and drama of the ocean from below the Kaleau Lighthouse inspired this painting. The ocean wave seems to reach for the lighthouse challenging its existence. Yet even the rock formations in the corner of the painting stand solidly against the oceans power while the sky above tingles with movement in response to the powerful wave below.
