Paul Solovyev is an exciting Russian artist whose works have featured in exhibitions, prizes and permanent collections across Russia, the US, UK and Spain. Harnessing influences from his previous professional experience in the advertising industry, he composes paintings marked by subcultural and iconic signs, geometric and handwritten qualities. He focuses on transfigurations and transgressions in the flow of sacral, mystic, political and advertising symbols.
