About this artwork
In this work, I embarked on a creative journey using reclaimed objects, fusing expressionism with pop art. Each figure represents a unique story, alive in its diversity and cohesion. I created a playful "one-way trip," in which the happy captain of the Bermuda Belle ship, or Mr. Captain Youfoe, a charming alien, embarks on an unforgettable journey. I brought together characters such as the eccentric Mr. Poser, a rich man smoking his pipe; a desolate…
and unhappy painter with a thousand-dollar banana; Senhorita Selfie, a stalker trying to tempt a lady; and a charming Frankenstein trying to seduce an eminent influencer, who in turn meets his match along the way. O cão is much hated as a fado singer who never misses an opportunity to sing a melancholic fado! Have a good trip!

Paula Garnett, painter, sculptor and conceptual artist, developed in an artistic environment between Brazil and Portugal.
